Artist's Comments

Mixed, Pictures, Paints, Ink, Paper, original print 24"x36"

This was the 3rd in a series of Mixed Media I made over several months for my 3rd highschool AP art concentration of 20 pieces. Every piece was based off of a song I couldn't help but listen to repeatedly while I made the works. All of the pieces are right now in the process of being re-framed completely uniquely, then they will be sent to Chicago for a personal gallery showing which will be up next march.

Mixed media that works so well together and flows amazingly..
This art form at one of it's best. The layout, a-cemetry, and detail on the heading image works so great together, and then the other smaller details.
Great job with this. <3

thanks =) and thanks for the + fav. the reason i like working with mixed media is because not every artistic medium can do what you want, and its fun to see how it all reacts while its busy not doing exactly what you want ;)

Your pic really drew me in and I spent lots of time looking at the details, and anything that keeps me looking at it for long enough I think is worth +faving.
I totally agree your opinion on mixing medias..I can't stand using one material, these days. My own creativity(If it's not already burned out.. :P) can't be shown with one art medium.
And that's another thing, things may not turn out exactly what you planned, but there are still things you've surprised yourself with.

I like cottage cheese. That's why I want to try other dwelling cheeses, too. How about studio apartment cheese? Tent cheese? Mobile home cheese? Do not eat mobile home cheese in a tornado.
